Breaking Down Barriers

"If you could kick the person who is most responsible for your troubles, you wouldn't be able to sit down for a week."

I used to be somewhat negative in my outlook. Eventually I began to realized the bad effects it had on me and others. However by then, it was a deeply ingrained habit. Thankfully, after working on it for some time, my outlook started to change. The thing is, if I'd been more positive to begin with I could have saved myself a lot of trouble.
